The Experience church exists to help people become authentic followers of Jesus. We are passionate about the life and purpose that God has given us and we believe that everyone can experience this as well .
We believe that church should not be a religious ceremony but rather an exciting time to fully connect with God through great music, video, having some fun and a relevant presentation of the bible.
At The Experience you will find people that are married, divorced, some single, some parents, and some grandparents.
We believe that today's youth are tomorrow's leaders and you will find that there are young people at TE who are passionate about the way we do church. We also have some are from the 60s generation, some from Generation X. We have diverse backgrounds. We are different in many ways; however we share one thing in common- -we are believers. We believe the bible is accurate and the inspired word of God. We believe Jesus is the Son of God. We believe that salvation is available to all by faith. We believe Jesus rose from the dead. We believe Jesus walked on water. We believe in the Trinity. We believe Jesus heals. We believe Jesus will return. We believe He is God in skin. We believe His teachings are the best way to live our lives. We believe He made a huge difference in why our world is like it is today. We believe He can make a huge difference in how our world can be tomorrow. We believe He can make a difference in your world now.
Thats who we are - people that deeply believe Jesus is a difference maker. That through being connected to Him (and only Him) we are connected to God. We believe His teachings are true and real and His words are alive and resonate today. And we want you to experience this.

Too good to be true. . .
We tend to use the word Gospel for many things-
the truth is the literal translation is too good to be true news. The Gospel is a specific truth. It is not that if you dont accept Jesus you are going to hell. There is truth in that statement, but I'm hard pressed to find any good news there. The gospel of Jesus Christ or good news of Jesus Christ is that right now, right where you stand, in any condition that you are in, Christ went to the cross for you. He did not wait until you got yourself right. While we were yet sinners-in the act of sinning- Christ died for us. He died in our place; instead of us. God is not waiting for you to get sin out of your life to come to him. He is simply waiting for you to come. He provided Christ so that we may have a relationship with He who is Holy and perfect. God cannot be in the midst of anything unholy or sinful(us!). This is why we need Christ. Jesus is the bridge God sent so that we may cross and be united again with Him. Only a loving and faithful and forgiving God could ever and would ever go to that extreme to be reunited with his children.
As Christ followers, we believe that we are stewards of God's resources because He is the owner of all that we have. Throughout scripture, we are reminded of the importance of giving back a portion of what God already generously has given us. We believe that with God, there is as much receiving as there is giving. And we are thankful for the resources with which we are entrusted through God's provision to each of you.
At TE we have several ways that you can give. You can give in the offering on Sundays, or you can mail your offering to our PO Box.
The means of Christian giving.
We give of the "means" of what God has entrusted to us.
1. "as God has prospered us" - I Cor. 16:2
2. "according to what a man has" - II Cor. 8:11,12
B. Christian giving is not giving "beyond our means."
1. Presuming on God's grace.
2. Pledges of future assets - James 4:13-15

At TE we use illustrated teachings with real-life application to assure us that God's not mad or ready to punish us just because we aren't perfect. We want everyone to experience the greatness of God and want everyone to understand that God is the best when it comes to loving and forgiving us.
PastorTim brings the Good News that despite our failings - no matter who we are and what we've been through - Christ has paid the price for our shame through the cross, once and for all! His challenging message to all is "forgive yourself" and "use your life to change a life."
Just ask yourself this question, "Are you ready to become the person that God has designed you to be?"
What is the Angel TEam?
Most simply put, a community of women dedicated to touching the lives of others. Where we see a need, we will act. As women with unique giftings we will make a difference by embracing, encouraging and empowering others in our communities.
Each woman is an Angel who can make a difference in people, and by definition, 'Angel' means God's messenger. So together, with other Angels, we can reach and impact a hurting world with God's love and compassion.
The fantastic thing about the Angel TEam is that you're never alone! We're all in this together. And we want to hear what you are doing!
